Storm Damaged Flooring in Apollo Beach

Tropical storms are an ever-present danger on the West Coast of Florida. Often seasonal residents are away, and water stagnates and can ruin flooring and structural elements. The Before Photo shows our SERVPRO team completing the removal of carpet and padding and then drying out the concrete slab with an LGR- dehumidifier and short-snouted air movers. We can prep the storm-damaged rooms and ensure that contaminations have been dealt with by applying antimicrobial agents. We monitor the drying process with moisture meters and infrared camera imagery until the required moisture content level is achieved for all materials. Then the build back can begin, a new wood-like tile floor, "Like it never even happened."
